A collaborative success between Germany and Korea

In cooperation with our Korean distributor iOneBio, we hosted a particularly successful 90-minute LLDC webinar titled “The paro® LLDC: More Individuality in Prophylaxis.”

More than 150 dental professionals — including dental hygienists, prophylaxis assistants, and dentists — joined the session, all with the shared goal of improving patient compliance and strengthening their preventive care approach.

Together with iOneBio, we developed a communication strategy that combined:

promotion through our partner’s local network,
targeted ads in dental magazines, and
online visibility via social media.

The result: a strong and motivated audience ready to engage with new ideas in modern prophylaxis.

LLDC - rethinking prophylaxis step by step

Paroswiss' LLDC is a practical care concept that guides patients step by step toward better oral hygiene. The focus is on individual, long-term care: dental professionals are given simple tools to reinforce habits in the long term, while patients understand why certain products and techniques are useful for their situation.

LLDC thus creates a link between practice, everyday life, and product use - for noticeably better results in daily prophylaxis.

For iOneBio, the LLDC webinar played a key role in introducing the Paroswiss brand to the Korean market. Instead of focusing solely on products, the goal was to provide practices with a practical, forward-thinking concept for implementing prophylaxis more effectively. LLDC offered exactly that: a structured, modern approach that supports practices far beyond product presentation.

About the speaker: Melanie Rudolph

A key highlight of the webinar was the participation of Melanie Rudolph, a certified Dental Hygienist and one of the original co-developers of the paro® LLDC concept. Being a part of Paroswiss' brand ambassador network and with her deep expertise in preventive dentistry and her practical experience working closely with dental professionals, Melanie brings a unique perspective that blends science, hands-on application, and patient-centered thinking.

Throughout the webinar, she guided participants through the core philosophy of LLDC, shared real-world case studies, and addressed technical and practical questions with clarity and enthusiasm. Her ability to translate complex prophylaxis topics into actionable steps for daily practice makes her the ideal speaker for LLDC.

We were delighted to welcome around 150 participants from Korea — including Dental Hygienists, Prophylaxis Assistants, and Dentists. Everyone who wanted to enhance their prophylaxis knowledge was invited — and many joined.

The live Q&A session opened the floor to valuable questions and discussions such as:

“Is water floss as effective as interdental brushes?”

“How can we best motivate patients to improve their home care?”

“What impact do the number and strength of filaments have on cleaning performance?”
